This is a truly exceptional piece from the Icebreaker® collection and a stunning layering full zip with a 330GSM fabric weight.  This is primarily a Layer 2 Mid-Layer garment but could readily be worn as a top layer garment as well.

In simple terms, take two layers of mid-weight Merino Wool fabric, integrate a small amount of synthetic fibre for strength, durability and moisture control then sandwich them together and make a superb extra warm layering full zip.  Merino Wool for a layering piece or jacket like this, benefits from not crushing, smelling or bunching unlike some synthetic thermal padding in many other garments.  Twin invisible zip side pockets for added storage on the move too.

Front and back panels have a tight weave smooth Merino fabric that traps heat within the dual layer fabric and provides exceptional warmth.  Side panel and under arm gussets offer a greater degree of flexibility and stretch for unrestricted movement.

Scalloped drop tail hemline offers a flattering silhouette and great lower back coverage.  Off shoulder merrow low profile seams guarantee no seam interference.

Slim Soft Fitted structure so this can be worn straight over your base layer.  Up-stand soft dual layer collar with storm zipper and zip housing for guaranteed no chin irritation when closed and on-demand ventilation when needed.
